Beta Phase - Free Service
During our beta phase, all services are provided free of charge. As such, no cancellation policy is required for payment-related matters.
Trial Pro Subscription
We offer a trial subscription for the Pro plan. Trial subscriptions cannot be cancelled and will require you to provide your own API key. Please ensure you understand and accept any third-party API requirements before activating a trial.
Subscription-based Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Once a user has paid for a month of subscription, there is no cancellation or refund for that month. If a user wishes to cancel their subscription they may do so at any time from the subscription page. Cancelling from the subscription page will stop future billing but will not refund the current billing period. Razorpay's subscription cancellation policy will apply. No additional charges will be taken from the user when cancelling via the subscription page.
Refunds
In cases where a refund may be applicable, our team will review the request and refunds will be handled as follows:
- Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellation requests as per our terms.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing timelines.
- In case of payment failures or duplicate charges, please contact us for prompt resolution.
