The M.Ed. in Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences (teacher training) prepares graduates to teach at vocational schools. Building on relevant prior bachelor's training, the program deepens subject knowledge, professional pedagogy, and didactics. It includes a mandatory practical semester and strongly integrates educational and diagnostic skills for teaching heterogeneous learning groups. Graduates are eligible for the next step in the German teacher formation process (Referendariat) and are equipped for pedagogical work across diverse institutional frameworks. For details, see the DAAD and TU Berlin pages.
